Start year 2020 Operated by
End year 2024 Deployment region -
Description

Preparation of subduction Earthquakes : Slow, Deep, Large-scale trigger ?DeepTrigger is a project funded by the European Research Council.
The aim of the project is to study the preparation of subduction earthquakes in the Peru/Chile subduction area.
The seismological networks will be composed of a about 40 broad-band and medium-band velocimeter mix. About 10 sensors of each types will be deployed during 2-3 years in southern Peru and middle area of Chile.
