End year 2033 Deployment region -
Description

The Pollino seismic network will be part of a new Near Fault Observatory operating on this interesting key area of southern Apennines (Italy). The network, funded under the EPOS umbrella by the PON GRINT, will consists of 10 semi-permanent, broad band seismic stations operating across the Pollino range to capture seismic signals from the set of faults present in the area. The network operativity will start in spring-summer 2022 and will go ahead for the next 11 years. Access to data will be free to stimulate broad applications.
