Description

Since 2012, the University of Melbourne has been collecting seismic data, with instrumentation and operations funded by primarily by AuScope. The data is publicly available, as MiniSeed (see link below) however we have never registered with FDSN. We are currently undergoing a major upgrade of our Server Infrastructure, and will providing both ongoing and past data (from 2012) via our own SeedLink server, as will as mirroring this data via AusPass. VW is chosen as an acronym for Vic Wave (Melbourne being in the state of Victoria).
