| Description |
This is a temporary network deployed in the Armutlu Peninsula of the Sea of Marmara region in Turkey. It is a surface network complementing ICDP-GONAF and deployed in the frame of GFZ PBO-Turkey. The network was composed of up to five broadband stations, 15 1 Hz Mark seismometers and 10 4.5 Hz geophones. The network was funded by the Helmholtz Association in the frame of the Young Investigators Group VH-NG-1232 (SAIDAN), and GFZ Grants in the frame of the Travel Expedition Funds. Seismic instruments of the SMARTnet network were provided by Geophysical Instrument Pool Potsdam (GIPP) of the GFZ, grant numbers GIPP201819 and GIPP201921. |
