Dear executive committee, We at the Lamont-Doherty Cooperative Seismographic Network (LCSN) operated cooperatively by about 40 organizations in the eastern United States led by Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory request to put us at the level; “participating” (no financial contribution, 1 vote on financial matters).
